2014 Copperstate 1000 Send-Off

I’ve said it here before time and time again, so I won’t prattle on repetitively too long. Bottom line: The Copperstate 1000 is one of the best vintage car events in the Valley. It’s one thing to see such an impressive range of vintage cars, including some of the best-of-the-best, at a car show and something else to see them actually being driven. And not just driven, but DRIVEN. For this reason, I always shoot in the field for a bit before camping out roadside to catch all of these amazing machines beginning their long journey. Windgate Ranch Festival of Speed 2013

Each year there are a few events that stand out and I feel I can’t miss. The Windgate Ranch Festival of Speed is one of those events. I shot the promotional photos and built the website for for the very first Festival of Speed years ago and haven’t missed it since. I always expect good things, but each year it just gets better and better and this year was no exception. If Enzos and Aventadors and Veyrons weren’t enough, there was no shortage of what I really love seeing out at these events, stunning classic cars.
