I’m not especially active on Instagram<\/a> and I don’t follow a whole lot of people, however, I do follow quite a few local people who post primarily automotive photos. Not just because I like to see what kind of work other people are doing, which I do, but because it’s a great way to keep an eye on what’s going on in the Phoenix Valley. That was exactly what happened with this shoot. I heard rumblings of something pretty special coming to town for auction week 2015 and with a little hunting and hashtag clicking I came to the realization that the famous @itswhitenoise Porsche 918 Spyder was very soon going to be in the Valley. \u0627\u064a\u0641\u0648\u0646 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0631\u0628<\/a> <\/p>\n

Not only that, but for several weeks I’d heard people talking about and had seen photos posted of a spectacular Voodoo Blue 918 Spyder, the only one in the world in that color, showing itself around the Phoenix Metro. It’d popped up at several events I attend regularly but always on days when I wasn’t able to attend. Disappointing to say the least.<\/p>\n

I began to follow the owners of the two 918s on Instagram and continually watched as people asked them again and again where they’d be and if they could take photos of their cars. I really didn’t want to be another one of “those guys”, but when I started getting questions asking if I knew any good photo locations to shoot “something very special” for other locals, I couldn’t help myself. \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0627\u0628 \u0645\u0628\u0627\u0634\u0631\u0629 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0646\u062a \u0644\u0644\u0643\u0628\u0627\u0631<\/a> I fired off a couple direct messages through Instagram and waited patiently. betfinal casino<\/a> <\/p>\n

A day or two later I was greeted by not only a reply, but an invite to this spectacular shoot, which would later be referred to by many as the “1836 Shoot”. I was far from the only photographer that was out there that morning, but I feel I was certainly one of the most grateful. It’s a privilege to to see a single Porsche 918 Spyder, let alone be invited to photograph a pair of them.<\/p>\n
